I am wearing my red shoes for my husband, Tom. He was but by the tick the end of June 2014. He was admitted to the hospital on August 6th. He spent over a year in the hospital. I finally brought him home for six months. Due to complications of Lyme, he died on Februay 3rd, 2016 and was buried at Arlington National Cemetery on June 20, 2016. My husband was not on one medication and perfectly healthy prior to his being bit by a tick.
