Hey ihr, geht’s euch vielleicht auch so?

Ihr fühlt euch schon lange "nicht gesund" und geht zu 'ner Menge Ärzte, die euch immer nur sagen ihr seid top fit. Das einzige was sie sehen ist ein Grenzwert in der Infektionsdiagnostik auf Borrelien. Die Ärzte sprechen aber von einer längst ausgeheilten Borreliose.

Also beginnen deine Familie, deine Freunde und engsten Kumpels, ja sogar dein ganzes Umfeld an dir zu zweifeln. Sie glauben du bildest dir die Symptome nur ein um vielleicht Aufmerksamkeit zu erregen oder um dich vor der Mathearbeit zu drücken?! Also stehst du plötzlich ganz alleine da!! Du magst nichts mehr mit deinen Kumpels unternehmen, weil du dich einfach schlecht fühlst … du beginnst dich immer mehr zu isolieren….

STOPP! Genau hier kann’s anders laufen!!! Komm in die OnLyme-Jugendgruppe auf Facebook - dort wo du eh schon bist!

Die Gruppe ist für 13-25 Jährige Jugendliche, die auch an Borreliose erkrankt sind! Dort darfst du auch mal traurig sein, dir deine Gedanken von der Seele schreiben und kannst dir sicher sein, dass du hier verstanden wirst! Hier kannst du dir auch Tipps holen um den richtigen Arzt zu finden etc.

Introduction to the Group (English Translation)

You haven’t been feeling healthy for a long time and have seen many doctors that keep telling you that you are fine. The only thing they have found is a positive Lyme test but they insist that the infection isn’t active anymore. So your family, your friends and everyone around you start doubting you. They think that you are making it up just to get attention or to skip the math test. All of a sudden you are all alone. You don’t want to see your friends because you feel horrible. You start to isolate yourself.

Stop! It doesn’t have to be like this!

Come, join our OnLyme-youth-group on Facebook. Our group is for teenagers and young adults between the ages of 13 and 25 that are suffering from Lyme disease. It is a place where it is ok to feel down, write about all those thoughts that keep bothering you and you can be sure that the other members can relate to what you are going through. It is also possible to get advice on how to find the right doctor etc. Send us a message if you want to join us.
