Status: Thanks to two angels, Debra and Carmen many of the children's wishes have been granted. Their wish-lists below have been updated to show the wishes they have been granted.
Our situation:
My wife, Jill, works for the State and doesn't make that much, and I can't work because I'm disabled due to Lyme. We also care for my elderly mom full time who has a lot of health issues, and Emma and Logan with no child support. So, essentially, we are supporting 5 people on one income. The cost of treating 3 people for Lyme, plus my elderly mom, is very expensive, and there is nothing left each month after bills are paid.
Children's Wishlist:
Logan (15) tested positive for Lyme and is currently being treated for Bart.
* (Granted) A watch
* Gift Cards for clothes and shoes ( Doesn't matter what store)
* (Granted) He Loves personal care things like Axe Pomenade (hair) and Bodman sets
Emma(10) also tested positive for Lyme
* She loves Justice clothes or any cute clothes in a size 10.
* (Granted) Sew fun Sewing Machine by Alex toys
* (Granted) Knot A Quilt by Alex toys
* Games and toys
* Harry Potter movies
Parents Wishlist:
Debbie's list: any kind of running, automatic with a/c and heat car. We only have one because Jill has a long commute and there is no convenient public transportation near by. Jill has to take off work all the time to get all of us to various appointments. I know this is a really big thing to ask and realize that it probably won't get this fulfilled, but it doesn't hurt to ask and would help us tremendously.
Other than the car, we could use any kind of gift cards or cash to go toward groceries and pet food. This would be a huge help, and we'd be extremely grateful for anything.
Finally, my last wish is that everyone, on the adult and children's Christmas wish lists this year, will have everything they need, and at least some of what they want, to have the merriest of holidays!
If you can help please Contact us Here.
We will update the post to advise when wishes are granted. Thank you for helping spread some cheer this holiday season!
